Our institution is responsible for the theoretical and practical training of veterinary students in three subjects (food, dairy and meat hygiene). Our teaching offer includes lectures and practical courses as well as the Veterinary Public Health track.
Our offerings
The teaching content of the Institute of Food Hygiene is coordinated with all German-speaking and European veterinary training institutions. In addition to the courses, project work and internships can be carried out at our institute. We also use electronic offerings and have integrated teaching content into the Moodle platform.

- Training in ante-mortem and post-mortem inspection
- Training in public veterinary services
