We care for your birds and reptiles in case of life-threatening diseases, even on weekends and holidays.
In accordance with the German Veterinary Association's ruling, we are obliged to charge a flat-rate emergency service fee of € 59.50 as a lump sum (since february 14th, 2020)
Standby outside office hours
On weekdays, our clinic is open from 07:45 to 15:30 and on Wednesday afternoons additionally until 17:30. During this time you can make an appointment with us for a consultation.
In case of an acute emergency you can reach us on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 - 12:00 and from 17:00 - 17:30 on +49 175 195 6835. Please understand that on weekends, outside these hours, we are busy with the professional care of our inpatients.
Outside these times, please contact the local veterinary surgeons, optionally try to reach us using the land line number +49 341 97-38401.
In accordance with the scale of fees for veterinarians, an increased fee rate is due for emergency services.
During the emergency service, we can only treat birds and reptiles with life-threatening conditions.
Please understand that routine treatments and detailed information on inpatients cannot be provided during this period.
