Abstract

Katharina Lohmann is a board-certified large animal internist (Diplomate ACVIM, PhD). Since 2018, she is Professor for Equine Internal Medicine at the Veterinary Medical Faculty and head of the Section for Internal Medicine and Reproductive Medicine of the Department for Horses. Her teaching activity comprises all aspects of equine internal medicine, diseases of foals and examination techniques. Her research interests are respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases of horses and infectious diseases.
