The LFG is run as an agricultural business with arable farming and conventional livestock farming. Compliance with the required food safety standards is guaranteed, e.g., QS seal of approval (Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH).
Arable farming forms the link between food production, livestock farming, and the biological utilization of by-products such as manure and slurry. The ecological cycle of nature is closed by the joint management of animal and plant production.
