The Core Unit Flow Cytometry has been in existence since 2012. Our modern flow cytometers are open for the use of university and extramural research projects.

Characterizing cells individually is an important aspect of modern research. This possibility is offered by the flow cytometers of the Core Unit Flow Cytometry (CUDZ) with their extensive laser equipment. More than a dozen parameters can be investigated per cell. With the help of the high-performance sorter, it is also possible to sort cells down to single cell level for further use in cell culture or for molecular biological characterization. If you are interested in using the equipment, please contact the CUDZ team.
